       Shenzhen Metro Group Co., Ltd. establishes the sustainable development mode of "rail + property", and creatively develop properties by utilizing the metro superstructure space to back feed the rail transit construction; Shenzhen Metro Group Co., Ltd. strives to promote its own function of blood making and realizes the sustainable development through the study and operation of market mode in property development. We organized the headquarter of property development especially for the development and construction of properties in Shenzhen metro superstructure.

      With the continuous development of Shenzhen metro construction, the property development along the metro lines are growing and expanding, which obtains remarkable achievements and gradually forms a whole process business chain of property development from land reserve to preliminary planning, investment control and management, design management, engineering construction, and marketing management, etc.. Firstly, we have the courage to take social responsibilities, constructed a large number of affordable housing in the superstructure property of rolling stock depots for the government, which has won initial success. The successively-constructed four affordable housing projects of Qianhai, Tanglang, Henggang and Shekou, including over 22000 sets of affordable housing,  have been completed and delivered in stages since the end of 2013. Secondly, we promotes the development projects of commercial housing in orders, covering the lines 1, 2, 3 and 5 in rail tansit project phase II, and lines 7, 9 and 11 in phase III, etc.

      With the deepening and promotion of "rail + property" mode, Shenzhen Metro Group Co., Ltd. will further strengthen the policy study and mechanism innovation in terms of the property development , land pricing and financing along metro lines; at the same time, Shenzhen Metro Group Co., Ltd. will continuously strive to provide the city with more high-end, environment-friendly, green and energy-saving property projects in metro superstructure, orient to create metro and property brands, and make contribution in the healthy and prosperous development of Shenzhen property market.
